Think Of Us As Another Good Resource In The Community
Our team does more than help connect you with the support of specialized counsellors. We share what we know about mental health and social resources can help during this transition.
Our Care Coordinator is happy to talk through options in a phone call. As well, we are building this page to help you find support groups, low-cost programs, and other services across the CRD.
If specialist counselling might help, we offer that too at different fee levels. The bottom line? You don’t have to figure this out alone.
