Laurie provides perinatal counselling to mothers and parents for the perinatal program. She provides these services as an independent counsellor through the private practice she operates. Her Victoria office is located in the heart of downtown at the Centre for Counselling & Therapy. This is in the Yarrow building at the corner of Fort and Broad.

Laurie is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #11311) with the BCACC. She has been in private practice for more than a decade.

Prior to private practice, Laurie worked at a number of agencies in the Victoria area. These include the Ministry of Children and Family Development, Single Parent Resource Centre, Blanshard Community Centre, BC Families in Transition, Victoria Native Friendship Center, and Parent Support Services of BC.

Downtown Office

Laurie provides counselling on Mondays and Wednesdays in her downtown Victoria office in the Centre for Counselling & Therapy. This is Suite 111 in the Yarrow professional building on Fort Street.

Enter the Yarrow building from Fort near Broad, just across from the Bay Centre. Then take the stairs or elevator up one level to get to #111.

Laurie also provides virtual appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
