Theresa provides perinatal counselling to moms and parents for the the perinatal program. She provides these services as an independent counsellor through the private practice she operates near Cook Street Village. Her office is located near downtown Victoria at the corner of Cook and Rockland, just above Cook Street Community Midwives.

Theresa is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #19169) with the BCACC. Through Postpartum Support International, she is a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C). Theresa has a Bachelor of Science degree from UBC and a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Theresa has been in private practice since 2016. For a number of years, she ran the Motherhood Circle support group at Mothering Touch for moms with new babies. Prior to private practice, she worked for community and non-profit organizations in the Yukon and BC.
